Order Information

Every order that we receive will be processed and dispatched as fast as possible.
Our working hours are Tuesday till Friday 10-19 h and Saturday 10-16 h.
Urgent-orders are always dispatched on the same day, thus also during the weekend or on a Monday.

Urgent questions or change requests, even if sent by e-mail, are immediately considered.
However, a phone call is often better because the e-mail might be read just by the time when the order is already on the way to the post.

A surcharge for small-volume purchases of 5.- CHF is added to orders below 50.- CHF.

Plastikhaar assumes no liability concerning the dispatch of goods. Plastikhaar grants no compensation for loss or damage during transport.

Return guarantee

Goods on order cannot be returned, with the exception that the good possesses a manufacturing error or the wrong product was sent by us. No guarantee and responsibility is taken for the correctness of information such as the colors in the Plastikhaar online-shop.
We recommend the color rings of Plastikhaar for customers who order a lot of hair.
